This transformation includes new global governance, new ways of working and the implementation of digital business services and platforms.Within the Digital  function, the Governance and Transformation department plays a key transversal role in enabling the Digital Transformation, from FRAMING - expressing strategic intentions and defining simple, flexible and scalable frames - to SUPPORTING Domains and PSL’s while ensuring alignment between functions and divisions as well as the interface with all central functions - and STEERING through by providing insightful reports and fact based recommendations.  In India, the Digital Strategy, Governance & Transformation team plays a key transversal role promoting synergies between multiple domains across Airbus worldwide with a flexible and adaptable approach which helps in sharing best practices, architecture, innovation, operational excellence and being efficient with cost, quality and time.In this context, the Quality team helps Digital Domains to Deploy, monitor and improve the overall D  Quality System in order to enable Digital teams to plan, design, develop, operate, maintain and retire Digital solutions and services to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.Are you passionate about quality practices, experienced in software development techniques, operations management convinced by the business added value of digitalization?  We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic quality analyst who is not shy to speak up to support the teams in deploying quality processes.About our Quality team :The Quality Team is under the Digital Strategy, Governance and Transformation department in the Digitaligital function. The team will be working closely with the departments of Engineering & PLM Solutions, Digital Operations & ERP solutions and Digital Cyber security.Your role : As a Quality Analyst Representative for the Digital Quality, you are responsible for : Leading the process deployment in Digital perimeter.Reinforcing the Quality mindset within the Projects and PSLs (Product Service Lines), to ensure compliance in our ways of working all along the lifecycle activities.Driving simplification of the Quality system and challenging the BMS at Central levelEnsuring compliance with EN9100 requirements and support preparation and follow-up the outcomes of internal and external PSLs or Projects auditsPromoting Company wide initiatives such as Quality and Safety First.Roles and Responsibilities:Take a proactive role in the definition and continuous improvement in the D Quality SystemDrive the implementation of the D Quality System working with the PSLs to ensure we meet the D objectivesWork in a collaborative way with other teams within Quality department in EU, PSLs and the Business  Support the PSLs in Audit preparationEnsure compliance with EN9100 requirementsSupport different PSL teams in implementation of Airbus defined Quality methods, process, tools and templatesSupport the Process Management Team in process deployment and improvementsCapture Customers feedback and facilitate Root cause Analysis and Action Planning.Participate in Metrics definition and analysis for the projectsConduct and participate in the root cause analysis for identified issues in collaboration with Agile Coaches.Effective conflict navigator who knows how to help teams not only deal, but also learn from conflictRequired Professional Experience:A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with5-10 years of IT experience.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.Strong experience in Software Quality Assurance.Required technical skills : Experience in managing diverse nature of projects across various Product Life Cycles.Usage and familiarity of various state of the art tools (e.g. VersionOne, Rally, Jira, etc.)Quality Management System certified to EN9100, ISO9001,CMMI or ASPICEKnowledge of SAFe methodologies and Agile practices Required soft Skills:Effective communicator who is adept at verbal, nonverbal and written communication An active listener who can help remove individual blocks through active listening & powerful questioning Ability to manage stakeholders and drive a culture of effective feedbackStrong Change Agent who sets high standards and expectations towards relentless improvementSuccess metrics:Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited toInterpretation of global process requirements and deploying the same in the PSLsQuick and Efficient resolution of Organizational impedimentsTraining, Mentoring teams in new ways of working.Communication and Stakeholder managementGrading : E2Location : Bangalore, India  “ End of the document ”This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Airbus India Private LimitedEmployment Type:Permanent-------Experience Level:ProfessionalJob Family:Quality Assurance
