SAP PLM Senior Analyst

Role: SAP PLM Senior Analyst, Operations Applications Location: Hyderabad Responsibilities: Leads the implementation and provides project management expertise in collaboration and partnership with the business. Anticipates customer challenges and proposes solutions. Actively contributes to the development of business process flows, functional specifications, and test cases. Collaborate with representatives of other IT/ functional areas to ensure end to end process integration and consistency. Interfaces with vendors to understand whether vendor products will meet business requirements. Maintains up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of the industry and associated technologies, and, where appropriate, makes recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems and technologies. Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation of IT projects. Completes requirements identification and fit gap analysis. Develop and/or approve teams functional specifications. Required Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in information systems or related field The selected candidate should have at least 5-7 years of successful support and/or implementation of SAP PLM functionality for Process and/or Discrete Manufacturing businesses Proven experience in configuring and implementing Recipe Development, Specification Management, Document Management (DMS) Basic understanding of SAP workflow capabilities. Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies. Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative. Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation Developing functional specifications Skills Desirable: Recipe Development / Specification Management SAP Engineering Change Management/Engineering Record SAP Workflow design and definition (BRF+) SAP WWI report design and development SAP Document Management (DMS) SAP SPRC Product & Reach Compliance SAP EH&S Product Safety and/or Dangerous Goods Management SAP ECTR Consumer Packaged Goods and GMP Regulatory experience preferred.
