UX DesignerArea of Responsibility •Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with multiple options so that an appropriate choice can be made based on the scenario•Facilitate the clientâ€s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.•Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user jour neys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.•Make strategic design and user-experience decisions relate d to core, and new, functions and features.•Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.•Coll aborate with Application Responsible, Feature Team and stakeholders.•Be proactive, communicative to challenge stakeholders to achi eve the best possible designKnowledge / Experience •Five or more past projects where there is an independent contribution of U X design experience using Figma or other related tools. •Experience designing complex solutions with multiple options citing reaso ning of the best possible option for the business scenarios.•Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a must.•Comfortable wo rking in an Agile/Scrum ecosystem, working collaboratively with the team.•Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requ irements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.•Extensive experience in using UX design best prac tices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.•Ability to iterate designs and solution s efficiently and intelligently.•Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams an d clients.•A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.•Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.•Be passionate about resolving user pain poi nts through great design.•Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.•Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. •Research and showcase knowledge in the industryâ€s latest trends and ences •Decision Making - Identifies and analyses information to make decisions and solve problems – EXPERT •Innovation – Be Innovative and identify areas of improvement and suggest modern solution like AI where necessary – EXPERT •Quality – Quality driven rather th an task driven approach – EXPERT •Teamwork & Collaboration - Fosters a sense of teamwork, leverages differences, and facilitates t he effective interaction and contribution of others to achieve goals – EXPERT •Developing & Managing Relationships - Develops and maintains constructive, open, and honest relationships with others – PROFICIENT •Drive for Results - Demonstrates and fosters a se nse of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals – EXPERT
