So we might look for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from a reputed institute or you should be programming from 12. And the latter is better. We will find you faster if you specify the latter in some manner along with the following: Proven experience of 8+ years in delivery using Java (v8 or later) and 5+ years in frameworks ( Spring and SpringBoot), preferably within a professional services environment Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, languages, and frameworks Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on building and maintaining relationships. Our technology stack is insane and the role requires experience and understanding of : JPA, SQL preferably experience with Postgres Designing and developing RESTful services/APIs Scala Javascript/typescript, html & css CI/CD, containers Docker and Kubernetes
