Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Identify key market segments and potential clients within the cable industry. Analyze market trends and competitors to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets and provide guidance and support to ensure objectives are met. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.
