Responsibility (scope): Responsible for successful Commerce transformation of OpCos on quality, time, scope, budget: (1) Customer Lifecycle management (Customer Master Data): Creation, update and offboarding of customer and (2) Customer Technical Services (Commercial equipment fridges management.
Responsibility (nature of work) :
- Manage (independently operating) relationship with DBB deployment and Business global team
- Provide guidance and supervise OpCo (Country) deployment as a SME.
- Execute work applying practical methods and processes.
1. Provide content expertise, hands-on involvement and overall project management of the implementation in close collaboration with the DBB deployment team
2. Support activity of the DBB program on the OpCo implementation: change and communications workstream.
3. Align and manage localization requests with Deployment and Global team.
4. Autonomously drive the OpCo engagement and project agenda in alignment with DBB deployment team.
5. Transfer knowledge and gradually hand over responsibilities to OpCos.
6. Build collaborative relationships, influence cross functional directions and be able to deal with uncertainty and challenges constructively
- Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Computer sciences, Sales or Business Management.
- Work experience in Digital Transformation and/or change management
- Experience in Commercial roles
- Experience with CRM platforms, ERP implementations, or data management is a plus.
- Work experience with MS Dynamics + Field Services is a plus
