ABOUT THE ROLE:

Radix is looking for a driven partnerships specialist to join our Strategic Partnerships team. Focused primarily on the North American market, this team drives growth in revenue & product adoption through partnerships with market leaders across the eCommerce, tech & SMB verticals. We've established unique partnerships with industry giants such as Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Github, and Google. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most impactful and driven companies in the world.


What is the Job like ?

  • You will operate as part of a critical, hands on SWAT team to identify, develop & execute partnerships that contribute significantly to our organizational goals & objectives.


  • You will drive progress at each stage of the partnership funnel:
  • Identify & evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s core strategic objectives
  • Build deep & lasting relationships with key stakeholders across target industries
  • Research and develop a deep understanding of potential partners' core business and key value drivers, identifying opportunities for mutual benefit and growth.
  • Create compelling propositions for our partners while delivering outsized value to the customers we engage with, ensuring that each partnership is a win-win for all parties involved.
  • Recommend & develop go-to market strategies for each partnership with effective product integrations & marketing activations
  • Craft impactful presentations & detailed proposals that are pitched to C-Level executives
  • Draft & negotiate agreements with internal & external legal teams
  • Effectively project manage the implementation and day-to-day operations of closed partnerships, tracking progress against predetermined KPIs and success metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders internally & externally across product, finance & marketing to launch, manage & grow the partnership


Who should apply for this role ?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a partnerships function or business development, with a preference for product or marketing partnerships
  • Prior experience within the technology industry in a similar role is preferred
  • Exceptional project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Self motivated with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

We started out in 2012 as a part of the Bhavin Turakhia led Directi Group, which has been a prominent player in the web presence industry since the 90s. The meteoric rise in the number of websites back then led to an acute shortage of quality domain names. The depleting name pool within the .com / .net led to growing customer dissatisfaction as first choice names became impossible to find! We knew that domain names had to evolve in order to serve their purpose of memorable online identities.

When the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) opened the door to new top level domains other than the .com, .net, .org etc., we knew it was the perfect opportunity to solve a growing customer problem.


Equipped with powerful and meaningful new extensions such as .tech, .online, .store, .fun, .site, .press etc. we set out on a mission to eliminate the distinction between the real names and internet addresses of individuals and businesses. We started with an audacious goal of building a world where domain names are less like phone numbers which need to be written and stored and more like brand names which are easily remembered. And here we are, with almost 8 million domains already registered on our extensions, we are well on the path towards revolutionizing the internet. Brands like Mr. Beast (www.mrbeast.store), Viacom (www.viacom.tech), Emirates (emirates.store), Doordash (order.online), CES (ces.tech), Shakira (www.shakira.store) and many more have already made the switch. It’s only a matter of time before the rest of the world does it too. To sum it up, the internet history is being rewritten and Radix is at the core of it.
