JOB RESPONSIBILITY  Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.  Responding to RFP/RFIs  Individually create solutions document and approach based on customer needs for large and complex sales opportunities.  Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.  Facilitation of client product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks provision of support throughout the sell  Proactively working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements & processes  Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery.  Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort.  Developing webinars/marketing material. QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET  5 -8 years of experience.  A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Telecom, IT, Software) is mandatory. MBA would be an added advantage.  Excellent oral and written communication skills.  A person must have good understanding of Telecom technology specifically in FTTX, Core and aggregate network.  Expertise in processing GIS data using MapInfo, QGIS or any other GIS tool.  Minimum 2 years of experience in any GIS Telecom Inventory tool. E.g. Network Engineer, SmallWorld, Arc FM, Smart Inventory or any other tool.  Must be an active listener and good presenter.  Outstanding documentation and communication skills  Proficient in MS Office  Experience of developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems  Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses and contracts  Demonstrable Programme level Solution Architect experience  Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design  Ability to multitask and prioritize.
