Job Description:

As an Experienced Trainer on the City Expansion Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our new locations uphold the Amadora standard of excellence. You will be responsible for training and developing our new employees, ensuring they embody our brand values and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer to be a part of our expansion and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Collaborate with the expansion team to assess training needs and design customized training plans for each new location.
  • Conduct on-site training at new stores, ensuring employees are well-prepared for opening day.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance training materials, manuals, and resources.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and assess employee progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that aligns with Amadora's values and culture.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a training or coaching role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to travel to multiple cities and locations as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in training and development is a plus.
