🧶 About the role

Work with trillions of clickstream events, 10s of millions of users, and a few unassuming terabytes of data. You will be responsible for the implementation and setup of Toplyne's product that aligns with the business requirement of our customers. A superior product experience for our customers is the cornerstone of our success and you will play a massive role here by creating data reports that show how Toplyne delivers value to our customers.

Additionally, your role will involve:

• Create reports to help our customers understand the business impact of Toplyne.
• Serve as the interface between customers and Toplyne's product, addressing technical queries, issues, and business concerns.
• Develop and perform quality assurance checkpoints within your team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Work closely with Customer Success teams to reduce Time to value.
• Learning how to interact with customers, how to work with data, and how Toplyne works :)

💼 Ideal fit is?

We're looking for someone who:

• Is in final year of college.
• Has excellent proficiency in SQL.
• Can write code in Python.
• Technically adept, open to learning new things.
• Can communicate effectively and work in tandem with Customer Success and Engineering teams.
• Can work from our office in Bangalore, on-site for 6 months.

*This position can be converted to a PPO post 6 months basis performance.
