Overview: The Inbound Voice/ Customer Service (CS) position is a crucial role within our organization responsible for handling incoming calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the companys reputation. Key Responsibilities: Answering and managing incoming calls from customers Providing accurate and timely information to customers Resolving customer queries and issues effectively Identifying and escalating priority issues Documenting all customer interactions Adhering to company policies and procedures Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations Collaborating with team members to improve customer experience Upselling products or services when appropriate Adapting to changes in customer inquiries and needs Following up with customers as needed Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in customer service or call center environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problemsolving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Empathy and patience when dealing with customers Ability to work well in a team setting Familiarity with CRM systems and customer databases Good knowledge of products or services offered Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends communication,customer service,multitasking,teamwork,communication skills
