About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational growth, and fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate should have a strong HR background, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work strategically to support the company's growth.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and drive high- performance culture.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and create programs to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle complex HR issues and facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Conduct regular HR data analysis to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.


What You'll Need:


  • >8 years of experience in a business management or executive role.
  • Highly energetic, smart and commercial savvy.
  • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication.


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree from any premier institution.
  • MBA from a premier Business School
