Scope of Work

  • Medanta is looking for a goal-oriented Loyalty Marketing - Senior Manager to develop and oversee loyalty programs to drive subscription and increase its lifetime value.
  • The person will be responsible for planning and overseeing the implementation of Medanta's loyalty programs, from specific promotions to the overall program structure.
  • The concerned person will be in charge of developing a detailed marketing roadmap to encourage brand engagement via various programs, campaigns, and similar initiatives that boost retention.
  • Additional responsibilities include market research and audience segmentation, monitoring the results of ongoing loyalty programs, drawing actionable insights from performance reports, and implementing best practices in future marketing initiatives.


Job Description

  • Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of an overarching brand loyalty strategy to increase engagement, boost retention, and maximize growth.
  • Brainstorm effective loyalty programs, promotional initiatives, and accompanying marketing collateral.
  • Perform in-depth target audience research and execute data-driven segmentation to ensure our loyalty programs are customized according to each audience segment.
  • Manage the established budget for promotional initiatives and lead the financial planning and reporting for your division.
  • Study campaign reports, forecasting metrics, and industry trends to measure the impact and efficiency of our marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Oversee the execution of all loyalty marketing plans by managing the project calendar and updating the overall promotional direction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the successful execution.


Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in a loyalty marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Economics, Advertising, or Communications (an MBA is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM marketing campaigns, processes, tactics, and promotions planning and execution.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools for reporting, campaign management, and marketing automation (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot)
  • Experience with translating customer insights into successful loyalty strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
  • Strong budget management skills
