The Compensation manager role is part of the larger global finance team which manages the financial accounting, reporting, compensation, payroll, tax and compliance for Arcesium Group.
What You'll Do
- Provides advice, expertise and recommendations on required adjustments of scope of work (country) and benefits framework based on evaluation of market practices (benchmark and trends) and cost impact on the organization.
- Manage & implement global reward projects and provides operational support for deployment of annual reward processes, including communication and training to HRBPs/HRMs and Business leaders. Provide ongoing support to line managers and HR on operations matters related to compensation.
- Setting CPH targets for the business units and driving them to achieve the targets.
- Initiate root cause analysis and initiate required changes for all escalations, ensure adherence to the defined SLA / manage monthly KPI at country level.
- Collaborating with other HR colleagues, to understand and provide solution based guidance in matters of compensation & benefits; & coordinate within the country COE C&B and HR communities to comply with policies and guidelines taking into account local cultures, legislations and requirements.
- Compensation Benchmarking: Ensure external competitiveness of internal salary ranges by benchmarking against comparators.
- Designing / refreshing Salary scale, monitors and analyzes competitive trends in compensation & benefits and evaluates alternatives to reduce costs and improve delivery.
- Manage the development and design of compensation packages and benefit policies aligned with the organization's strategy, including the regular monitoring, reporting and budget management.
- Facilitate annual salary review process and annual incentive plan processes in liaison with market, involving budgeting, communication, roll-out, implementation/ change management.
- Support & participate in annual planning, forecasting and budgeting exercises for all direct costs for employees (salary and benefits, annual increments, incentives, rewards and awards programs) for the region/country.
What You'll Need
- The candidate must have around 8 to 10 years of experience in Compensation
- The candidate should have a CA / Masters in specialization in Finance / Payroll / Compensation
- Good Practice of grading system
- Exposure to an international environment
- Broad knowledge about economic context and labor market challenges
- Experience of HR global services (Talent availability, Salary & Benefit, Legal/Labor Compliance, Income Tax, Social Context)
- An experience in a TR external consultant could be an asset
- Great understand of labor laws and regulation
