Position Overview:

As the Head of Technical Services specializing in Darwinbox, you will lead a team responsible for the technical solutioning and integration services of Darwinbox solutions. You will oversee all aspects of technical services including Info Sec requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and ongoing support for Darwinbox applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAAS architecture, configuration, integration, and administration, along with strong leadership and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technical specialists responsible for technical solutioning, integration, and support.
  • Technical Strategy: Develop and implement a technical strategy for Darwinbox Services team that aligns with business objectives and supports the organization's growth and scalability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and project timelines.
  • Implementation (integration): Oversee the technical implementation, working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical services teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Documentation: Guide the team to maintain technical documentation related to Darwinbox solutions, including design documents, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes, including testing, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Information Security: Identify, assess, and prioritize information security risks for a client, and develop risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize exposure. Interact with clients to provide responses to observations and queries
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Workday technical services, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance functionality, and optimize performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technical leadership roles, with a focus on SAAS implementation and support.
  • Deep understanding of SAAS architecture, understanding of HCM solution will be preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with client CIOs
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion within established timelines and budgets.
