Since 1996, we have been designing, building and managing some of the best homes in the world. We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.


Role Purpose

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, self-driven individuals with a keen eye for detail to help design and customize homes as per the clients’ requirements.


Scope

• Architectural design and drawings from concept to execution, detailing, documentation and co-ordination.

• Understand the processes and align with the Total environment design philosophy.

• Responsible for supporting the development and execution of the work plan.

• Develop marketing collaterals in the form of drawings, specifications etc.

• Develop approval documents in compliance with regulations.

• Understand and develop product specification details.

• Review construction documents.


Accountability

You will be accountable of all the drawings and documents worked by you to the last detail.


You will create an impact if:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture with 2-4 yrs experience

• You can facilitate timely release of drawings as per the schedule. Drawings to be checked thoroughly for any errors.

• You are a quick learner and able to estimate the amount of time to be spent on each task.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic ‘do it right always’ attitude and ability to show commitment.

• Excellent analytical skills with ability to adapt to change and accelerated timelines.

• Proficiency in all relevant software's especially Revit and other presentation tools.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good sketching and model making skills to convey the ideas.
