Senior Lead Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large-scale datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for Generative AI applications, with a focus on creating intelligent and creative content.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with machine learning engineers to design and train deep learning models using Python programming language and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance the understanding and generation of human-like text and dialogue.
  • Utilize cloud computing platforms including Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deploy and scale machine learning models effectively.
  • Design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance, fine-tune parameters, and optimize algorithms for improved results.
  • Document methodologies, results, and findings in a clear and concise manner, and communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on Generative AI.
  • Proven experience of atleast 8+ years in applying advanced machine learning techniques to real-world problems, with a strong background in data analysis and modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, including knowledge of relevant services for machine learning model deployment.
  • Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques, with experience applying NLP to real-world datasets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
