Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. · Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations. · Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, address issues, and provide solutions. · Conduct periodic business reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement or growth. Account Strategy and Development: · Develop strategic account plans aligned with company objectives and client goals. · Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling of products or services. · Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions according to client requirements. · Proactively identify market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to anticipate client needs and stay ahead of the curve. Revenue Generation: · Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities. · Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction. · Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions. Communication and Collaboration: · Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables. · Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to address client needs and concerns. · Provide regular updates to senior management on account status, sales performance, and market insights. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). · Must have 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the Fintech/Payment, Gift Cards, Loyalty Programs, Channel Sales Programs, Corporate Gifting, Enterprise Account Management · Demonstrated success in managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth. · Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. · Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
