Job Description :Role SummaryUnique Requirements : Should be comfortable in doing night shifts­­­ (5.30 PM to 2AM IST)Accountability Core ResponsibilityRequirements Elicitation, able to perform analysis and gather/document requirements, identify and assess business impacts and risks, solve complex issues, provide recommendations on options, and help define end state of desired changesBusiness Analysis Planning and Monitoring, candidate should be able to work on the Business requirements WBS, estimation and elicitationRequirements Analysis, execute business acceptance testing including preparation of test plans, execution of test cases, documentation of results and filing of defectsStakeholder management, ability to identify and manage impacted stakeholders while performing requirement analysisRequirements Life Cycle Management, manage requirements life cycle without any support and maintain consensus among key stakeholders regarding the overall solution scope and requirementSolution Assessment and Validation, - Understand current state of business and define the desired future state while performing the UAT, develop a change strategy to achieve desired business outcomes and propose solutions.Work with business partners to ensure that IT development and implementations are meeting business strategiesCollaborate with Training & Knowledge Management in the development of internal training and awareness collateralSupport Project implementation testing and sign-off recommendationEnsure SLF Information Security Policies and General Computing Control are compiled to in all situations.Strong written and verbal communicationOrganised, detail oriented, positive attitude, analytical thinkerEligibility Minimum QualificationTechnical Graduation degree, Computer knowledgeMBA in Finance or equivalent degree Industry Experience5 - 7 years of experience in Business Analyst roleCompetencies (Technical) Mandatory SkillsAware of the Software Development Life Cycle and Quality conceptsExcellent verbal and written communications skills; Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to perform impact analysis and document it.Demonstrated problem solving skills with abilityStrong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to work effectively in a changing environment balancing operations and project deliveryStrong leadership, planning and consulting skillsKnowledge of the financial and insurance industriesAbility to chair business requirement discussions and get the estimation and requirement gathering sessions organizedAbility to work independently as well as being a strong team playerGood organizational skills with the ability to handle several tasks efficiently.
