Senior Human Resources Shared Services Specialist

Oracle Cerner is elated to hire for the role of Senior Human Resource Shared Services Specialist. As a Senior Human Resource Shared Services Specialist, you will be responsible to investigate and provide guidance and resolution regarding HR policy-related questions, escalating situations as necessary. You will also document issue resolution thoroughly and audit team member resolutions for accuracy. You will also educate associates about the resources available to them, influencing the use of self-service tools and the HR knowledge base. You will process transactions and requests while considering and communicating impacts across HR teams. You will also troubleshoot, resolve, and identify the root cause of associate issues or inquiries, completing necessary processing or data changes within HR systems. You will also facilitate the completion of new hire employment requirements for start classes, entering accurate associate data into the HR information system. You will audit payroll-related processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll processing deadlines. You will also identify trends and recommend opportunities for process improvement. You will participate in testing for system upgrades or new system implementation and process improvement review meetings. You will also serve as a job coach for new team members.  Qualifications Basic Qualifications:At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:At least 2 years of human resources and/or business operations work experienceAt least 3 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationHigh School DiplomaPreferred Qualifications: -At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, Background verification,ExpectationsPerform other responsibilities as assigned.Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position.
