Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all social media channels.

Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
• Identify target audience, trends, and insights to develop engaging content.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in social media platforms and tools, and adjust the strategy as needed.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to integrate social media into overall marketing strategies.
• Coordinate social media campaigns with product launches and other marketing efforts.

Email Marketing:

• Create and manage email campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and enhance customer retention.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Regularly report on key metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
