Livspace Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the conception, planning and development of digital and print creative solutions to address our sales & marketing needs. The right candidate would be responsible to create powerful, impressive, true-to-brand, consumer oriented, scroll-pausing aspirational visual communication. He/she works on existing (Livspace) and new businesses requiring a strong understanding of design and communication sense across consumer segments, channels and mediums. He/she works closely with brand marketing, social marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, retail & other departments, converting briefs into impactful copy and visual communication. A brilliant creative thinker, with the ability to push things. In-depth knowledge and understanding of colors, form, typefaces, their attributes etc. Excellent on the craft and detail – nothing gets past you. Comfortable engaging with the strategic dimension of our work, able to get under the skin of business’ issues, strong on content as well as visuals. Able to make smart connections between what’s going on in the world and what we do for our business. Articulate, confident and assertive in presenting work. Highly collaborative, able to build strong relationships within design and across the business. In-depth knowledge of creative principals including graphic design, typography, composition, scale, color theory, visual merchandising, packaging, videos etc. Be able to think digital and design for performance marketing, blog, social media, internal comms, emailers, web banners, ad campaigns, videos, etc. Work with a wide range of media, meeting deadlines and working with constraints effectively. Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization, and communication skills during all phases of creative development. Knowledge of user-centered design principles to produce logical design for experience centres/stores, sales events, landing pages, etc. Work as part of a team with copywriters, content writers, designers, marketing team, etc. Pay attention to the detailed aspects of a creative to ensure high accuracy in copy, layout and technical execution. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts for effective brand communication while following the company visual guidelines. Must be able to make confident design decisions that effectively communicate Livspace’s brand identity. Conceptualization of ideas, visualization of outcomes and translating them into creative output. Act as a creative problem solver as needed by helping to determine appropriate design approaches for projects. Work with the marketing and other cross functional teams to support the execution of the content strategy with the development of stimulating and engaging design assets. Stay up to date on design trends, platforms, tools, and best practices. External Skills And Expertise Desired Qualifications: Graduate in visual communication/design/animation. 1-3 yrs of relevant experience Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects & other design tools. Experience in graphic design, branding, illustrations etc. for creative agencies, web/e-commerce companies, etc. Ability to handle several projects at the same time. Be open to reworks and edits based on constructive feedback. Experience working in Premiere Pro is a plus. A strong understanding of design aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail. Strong and effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator. Desired Qualifications: Graduate in visual communication/design/animation.
