We're seeking a dynamic Business Development and Sales personnel to drive our growth initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and spearhead sales efforts by working both independently and closely with Biobrain’s technology partners, CXOs and Senior Management. The candidate will play a hunter role, responsible for scoping new clients, establishing relationships, drive the sales cycle and sales opportunities end-to-end for Biobrain. The person advises across both business and technical customer roles, with ability to generate ROI and drive predictable revenue growth. This Business Development and Sales Consultant position is a key role within Biobrain, responsible for supporting sales and driving AI-Powered MR strategies for customers, both independently and closely with Biobrain’s technology partners, CXOs and Senior Management. The candidate will play a hunter role, responsible for scoping new clients, establishing relationships, drive the sales cycle and sales opportunities end-to-end for Biobrain. The person advises across both business and technical customer roles, with ability to generate ROI and drive predictable revenue growth. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY · Land and expand initial and incremental consumption of Biobrain platform · Possess a strong Client network and personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms and Insights partners and negotiate contracts/agreements that result in guaranteeing the pipeline of business with the same · Ensure effective industry-informed Account Planning and Business Development · Achieve lead generation/qualification, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline using prospecting and outreach tools · Close collaboration with Biobrain’s pre-sales & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business & research needs TOP KPIs · Pipeline development for sustainable growth · Target Sales & growth achievement · Biobrain Sales play design & execution · Client NPS and qualitative feedback · Adoption & following of CRM, Sales navigation and business intelligence tools & processes for all reporting and sales activities REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE · Engineering or MBA degree with 3-7 years of proven track record of success in communicating value and selling Market Research services · Open to working in US time shifts and global travel · Understanding of Information Technology Landscape and Lifecycle · Understanding & exposure of Technology landscape · Prior working experience in the Market Research Industry and selling in Global (particularly U.S.) Business Landscape · Ability to understand deep technology and industry insights to address business needs and build trust · Ability to articulate a client journey map for distinguished Market Research Services based on firsthand experiences, best practices, and market trends · Ability to bring together an integrated POV / solutions to the client · Demonstrated ability to handle senior-level business and technology executives · Ability to create and grow strategic, trusted client relationships · Understand and apply consultative selling
