We are seeking skilled and experienced finance professionals who have proven experience in implementation of SAP Concur or any similar tool related to travel to expense . The successful candidate will be responsible supporting the global Concur deployment and supporting operations, and ensuring compliance with global policies and standards.
Responsibilities:
• In depth understanding in SAP concur expenses
• Actively be part of functional and business requirements for concur implementation
• play a key role in the implementation of Concur, including system configuration, user training, and change management.
• Resolution of queries raised by team members and work closely with project team /IT team for resolution
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Experience in report building using cognos reporting tool
• Collect, analyze, and compile data related to expense reporting and in particular to Concur tool
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to optimize expense reporting processes.
• Stay updated on global policies, regulations, and best practices related to expense reporting and Concur.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful Concur deployment across the organization.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Concur-related issues.
• Provide guidance and training to new team members on concur tool and
• Participate in hypercare support ,post Go live activities and resolve issues within defined SLA
Basic qualification :
• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with T&E experience
• 2 - 10 years experience in SAP Concur
• SAP Concur certification is added advantage
