The Opportunity: Manager-National-Markets-CBS - BMC - Brand & Experiences National : CBS - BMC - Brand & Experiences : Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC). By following EY methodologies, executing on guidance, and leveraging tools and judicious programs, we bring the necessary rigor to our engagements. And by accessing our latest EY insights, solutions and client conversation tools, we have more meaningful conversations with our clients to help shape their thinking and generate additional value creation. We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm's operations. Key responsibilities includes: Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etcMonitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review Preparing GTM materials for the firm Preparing reports for management review Your key responsibilities Technical ExcellenceThe individual will be part of the Brand Marketing and Communications team for the Forensic & Integrity Services practice. The role is for a PR professional, who can also support on other external and internal communications. Key responsibilities PR – Manage the practice's media profile and presence through active client consultancy and daily account managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key media (preferably corporate, economy, policy affairs, financial services, HR and technology), including Editor level relationshipsPreparation of PR plans, briefing books, debriefs, coverage reportsDraft proactive pitches, press releases, Q/As and opinion articlesMonitor the media landscape and proactively identify opportunitiesFacilitate interviews and briefings for management Digital – Should demonstrate a strong understanding of social media and utilize them effectively as part of the larger brand strategyShould have a decent command on content and drafting social media copy Key campaigns Ideation and execution in key campaignsSupporting on key external and internal communicationsShould be able to liaise with industry associations to facilitate participation and sponsorship opportunities for EY from a brand building, speakership and report visibilityShould be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and driven Stakeholder management Work closely with senior management, taking briefings for planning and execution responsibilitiesUnderstand business and industry issues and trendsIdentify topics that can be leveraged for marketing activities Qualification Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Marketing/PR/ Corporate Communications/Commerce/Arts/ Literature To qualify for the role you must have: 7-8 years of experience with a corporate or agency Soft skills: Smart and confidentExcellent communication skills (verbal and written in English), including the talent to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing messagesStrong project management skills and proficiency in working in high pressure situations, effectively managing multiple complex and time-sensitive projectsA strong team player and lateral thinker who is comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, independently, and consultativelyStrong connects with technology media is highly preferred People Responsibilities: Demonstrate the ability to work and contribute as a teamSupport knowledge sharing efforts and continually improves processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledgeExperience7-8 years in corporate communications/PR, stakeholder management, adept with content development with a brief understanding of digital and social media What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
