What You Will Do The React Front End Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and testing software solutions for the system. You will evaluate available options and implement the best course of action, monitor project plans and schedules to ensure deliverables on time and budget, and provide technical expertise as a subject matter expert.: Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality React front-end applications that meet the needs of the business and its customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and functionality. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and share knowledge with the team. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for front-end development. Design and develop complex user interfaces using React framework Integrate software solutions with the system and evaluate available options to implement the best course of action Monitor project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget Identify and manage internal and external resources to support assigned projects Provide technical expertise as a subject matter expert and lead project teams Analyze opportunities for the development of new or improved tools for process improvement activities Provide training and guidance to less experienced staff What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Desired Qualifications Experience with modern front-end development tools and frameworks (e.g. Webpack, Babel, Redux). Experience with responsive design and development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
