Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist at Chase Marketing Solutions Inc. The Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication. The role is primarily remote work.


Key Responsibilities:


Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.

Make Appointments: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with prospective clients to discuss products or services.

Conduct Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and set up appointments.

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Provide Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials to communicate product features and benefits effectively.

Track and Report: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation efforts, appointments scheduled, and sales call outcomes. Could you provide regular reports to management on sales performance and opportunities for improvement?

Stay Updated: Please stay updated about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Seek ways to improve sales processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase sales effectiveness.
