Job Summary:

 As a Marketing and Sales Executive at Adhunik Switchgears Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative switchgear and electrical products. You will engage with potential customers meetings, offering expert advice, and ensuring their electrical needs are met. Your goal is to foster long-lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:


1. Specialization in Government Projects Sales:

● Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell our products/services to government 

contractors.

● Identify and pursue opportunities within the government sector to achieve sales targets.


2. Government Department Liaison:

● Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government departments.

● Act as a liaison between our company and government entities to facilitate smooth project 

execution.


3. Electrical Company Experience:

● Leverage knowledge and experience from the electrical industry to understand client needs and 

 provide effective solutions.

● Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance our competitiveness.


4.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

● Must have a personal bike for travel.

● Ready to travel extensively across Rajasthan to meet clients, attend meetings, and explore 

 business opportunities.


5 . EXPERIENCE:

● Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on government departments and government contractors.

● Demonstrated success in securing and executing government projects.


QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's degree in (relevant field).

● Proven track record of successful sales in the government sector.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Self-motivated and able to work independently.
