Responsibilities:

Key Account management


  • Drive new business opportunities through these partners and manage all steps leading up to finalizing distribution deals (i.e. prospecting, contacting, planning/attending meetings, contracting, integrating, optimizing business outcome, solutioning and maintaining close relationships with our partners)
  • Attend travel conferences for networking and brand promotion.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and keep improving relationships with the Strategic Partners.
  • Monitor the success of each Partner and support managing their client relationships to maximize profitability of the account by advising on Mystifly’s products and services.
  • Educate Partners about Mystifly Product suite and support connecting with our APIs and SSP, and have a basic understanding of the tools available.
  • Provide monthly reports on account performance and forecast.
  • Business Development
  • Develop and apply program growth strategies to onboard new Strategic Partners
  • Research and segment business opportunities with prospects/partners who generate qualified leads and/or who have a strong brand
  • Proactively grow and manage your own deals pipeline as well as existing partner’s network of customers; negotiate and close deals in accordance with Mystifly’s contract guidelines and policies
  • Establish an understanding of the business objectives of these partners and their customers, and match these with our range of services to create and maximize new business opportunities,
  • Monitor, research, and report findings on market developments.



Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:


  • Proven track-record in building and developing business relationships of strategic importance.
  • Stakeholder Management - Ability to influence and manage relationships at all levels in partnering companies.
  • Native/Fluent in English in written and spoken, other language skills are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in Alliances/Partnerships and online travel, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of the (online) travel industry, in particular the airline industry.
  • Business, marketing or other relevant (academic) degree.
  • Commercial focus, sales driven, results oriented and a client relationship manager.
  • Creative, persistent, and outgoing personality, eager to learn.
  • Proactive, positive, and self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Superior analytical skills, using data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial decisions.
  • Exemplify the hands-on approach and eager to learn;
  • Ability to operate both independently and in a team to manage to objectives and company’s goals.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market environment,
  • Solution-based approach to sales with a good understanding of technology.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Approximately 30-40% travel, to meet our partners and to attend conferences/tradeshows.
