Evaluate symptoms and determine the root cause of complex client issues reported by various stakeholders and end-users Regular monitoring of Office 365 applications. Knowledge of the Teams Telephony topics. Manage the development and implementation new services and testing of assigned servers. Set-up, troubleshoot issues related to MTR and Meeting room configuration topics. Provide Solutions on Automating daily administrative task. Share your knowledge with teammates and guide them in the resolution of complex technical problems. Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience. Enforce a high-quality customer service culture. Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training. Teams Device management Identifying host providers Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure with an organized problem-solving approach. Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
