And how we’re able to provide our incredible talent with an innovative culture and great benefits.Who We're Looking ForThe Travel and Expense (T&E) Administrator provides support to employees for T&E related issues, manages travel vendors, monitors the employee card program, and performs accounting processes related to T&E and other employee expenses. The Travel and Expense Administrator will champion our T&E process from decision to payment, ensuring our T&E policy is equitably applied. This role demands attention to detail, the ability to analyze spend for patterns and areas of opportunity, and superior customer service skills.-Some of What You'll DoPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:• Responsible for managing the global corporate travel program which includes:– Updating and maintaining corporate travel policies and procedures. – Ensuring compliance with travel policy by ongoing monitoring, reviewing and approving/denying of exceptions to ensure travel costs are contained.– Being the liaison between the Travel Management Company and Syniverse for ongoing problem resolution and continuous improvement.– Performing travelers’ duty of care by keeping abreast of travel alerts and managing communication to impacted travelers. – Conducting travel portal (, Concur) audits to ensure the business rules are refined to optimize technology and ensure T&E practices comply with T&E policy.– Performing monthly reconciliations (, unused travel, lodging credits).– Coordinating travel request for proposals (RFPs) to ensure the program offers cost effective offerings (, for hotels).• Responsible for managing the corporate credit card programs including:– Updating and maintaining corporate card policies and procedures. – Performing daily card administration such as card issuance/closures, card suspensions, program training, problem resolution, system management, and user administration.– Auditing cardholder statements utilizing risk analysis data to ensure proper card usage in accordance with policy.– Monitoring corporate card activity and usage patterns; investigating unusual patterns or anomalies, and determining and/or recommending appropriate action.– Collecting, analyzing, and recommending action on corporate card program metrics.– Maintaining distribution lists updated to reflect an accurate list of cardholders to be used for notifications.– Performing monthly reconciliations.– Monitoring of unsubmitted card transactions and unpaid balances and escalating as needed.– Managing purchasing cards (PCards) by ensuring cardholders timely provide necessary accounting and support information.– Being the liaison between card providers and Syniverse for ongoing problem resolution and continuous improvement.– Working with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment of corporate cards.– Maintaining a global view of all credit card programs.• Assist internal audit during audits as needed.• Perform contract management for travel & credit card related contracts. • Conduct data analysis and reporting both planned and ad hoc.• Become Concur subject matter expert to address T&E related inquiries and drive initiatives to enhance Concur functionality. Job Requirements:Skills• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Access, Excel, Word & PowerPoint• Experience with vendor online applications ( Amex@Work, BMO Online) preferred• Pleasant and professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal and influencing skills• Strong customer service focus• Demonstrated strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills, and ability to work with sensitive information• Ability to use a flexible approach combined with a strong team orientation• Willingness to drive change and process improvement• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail• Experience working in a global environment (, flexibility with multiple time zones).• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English both oral and written skills• Technology Experience: SAP & ConcurSpecial Skills/Preferences• Telecom Industry preferred• Understand Procure to Pay process and financial controlEducation/Experience Required:• High school degree required; Associate’s or above preferred-Why You Should Join UsJoin us as we write a new chapter, guided by world-class leadership.
