FinacPlus provides virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides Mortgage Loan Services to USA clients from Private Mortgage Lending industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for timeline management of Foreclosures and Bankruptcy loans and movement through the Milestones
- Completes, monitors progress, and ensures deadlines are met for foreclosure referrals and other tasks.
- Calculates and prepares reinstatements, payoff figures, and other debt information to attorneys.
- Responsible for timely processing of activities and responsiveness of alerts to ensure foreclosure timeline is met.
- Follow established company guidelines, department policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all investor requirements.
- Manage low priority contested loans and provide status updates back to Upper Management
- Manages Chapter 7, 11 and 13 Bankruptcy loans.
- Performs other projects as assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2-3+ year (s) of direct foreclosure and/or bankruptcy mortgage servicing related experience
- Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and be able to work independently.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and manage tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Black Knight
- Highly organized
- Strong intellect with solid communication, quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or commerce, MBA-Finance etc.,
