Vice President – Procurement

Some of the key responsibilities will include: Lead the Procurement area through understanding current processes, evaluating intervention needs, and aligning with the distributed work environment. Contribute to higher-level Administration initiatives as part of the leadership team. Provide expertise in best practices, platforms, and technology relevant to Procurement and Administration. Establish and manage databases for procurement-related information and collateral documentation. Utilize innovative solution strategies to create value in procurement processes. Foster cross-functional and cross-site collaboration to meet sub-functional objectives. To be eligible for this role you will require: Around 15 years of experience, including leadership in multiple sub-functional areas related to procurement. Demonstrated success in implementing interventions that add substantial value to organizations. Strong work ethic, structured approach, and results orientation. Effective team leadership and coaching skills. Proficiency in research and data analysis, with experience using relevant tools. Ability to collaborate effectively within distributed teams. Adaptability to work with unpredictability and tight timelines. Demonstrated accountability and integrity in actions and decisions.
