We are on the lookout for an individual with a background in "direct sales" of IT solutions and services, leveraging "partner channel sales" and "marketing strategies" focused on partner products/solutions.


This role is particularly suited for those with a "hunter" mindset, aimed at the U.S. market.


Role Summary:

The Senior Channel Sales Partner will be instrumental in generating sales and expanding our market presence through strategic partner channels. This role demands a professional with a solid background in partner channel sales and a deep understanding of IT solutions, including Applications, Data, Integration, ERP, Cloud, AI, Supply Chain, and Automation Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to leverage our partnerships with Microsoft, SAP, Korber, and Kore.AI, aiming to provide cutting-edge IT solutions and drive sales of partner products to clients across the United States.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement sales plans to achieve targets through effective use of partner channels.
  • Foster and deepen relationships with existing partners while exploring new partnerships to expand our market reach.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our partners’ products and our IT solutions to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive sales strategy and product offering.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product improvements.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to company leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner channel sales, preferably with a focus on IT solutions involving Microsoft, SAP, Korber, and Kore.AI.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and expanding business through partner channels.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Applications, Data, Integration, ERP, Cloud, AI, Supply Chain, and Automation Engineering.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner and client engagements.
