Prepare & communicate training calendar regularly | Arrange to conduct new employee & agents' induction program | Conduct agents training regularly | Identify training needs of different verticals of business by meeting the stake holders | Use performance and other reports to plan & arrange to conduct refresher, reskilling & sales capability training interventions based on TNI | Ensure timely delivery of all training programs in accordance with training calendar | Analyse monthly performance data of your region & share the observations with concerned stakeholders | Plan & arrange to make joint calls & field visits for new joiners & non-performing employees | Prepare & maintain monthly L&D reports in prescribed format to track the efficacy of training conducted | Monitor & achieve KRAs as specified for the role regularly.
