Principal Responsibility Fill Rate / OTIF and Range Availability for Modern Trade and Ecommerce Business. Overall Responsibility Looking after and responsible for all MT and Ecommerce supply chain related processes. Collaboration with the MT team and Demand team towards MT forecast improvement. Ensuring Range Availability in collaboration with Demand & Supply Planner. Promo Allocation & Tracking. Customer Servicing - (from PO raising to GRN entry) Monthly Review with Modern Trade and Ecom Customer & Fill Rate Reconciliation. Reducing stock out situation by - Improving Fill Rate. - Ensuring movement of stock from sourcing location to CFA. - Ensuring customer article master updation in collaboration with KAM. - Highlighting In stock / stock out situation at customer end to MT Sales Team for management of the same Detailed Responsibility Ensuring PO processing through COP team. Ensuring all POs are served with maximum Fill Rate in collaboration with COP team, Supply Planner, Dispatch Planner, CFA & Implants. Ensuring proactive resolution of supply related issues. Coordination with Commercial team resolution of commercial issues. Managing stock reservation on weekly intervals. Process alignment with Customer in case of new customers / new stores. 3P Operation Handling 3P operation specifically designed for Modern Trade Consumer Promotional Offer. Collaboration with KAM, Channel Development team for alignment on Modern Trade Specific CP. Collaboration with Packaging for development of CP Collaboration with Procurement for finalizing the PM rates. Other Requirements Experience in FMCG Industry.
