Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in managing social media handles for multiple brands, demonstrating a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and strategies to drive engagement and growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic marketing and communication plans aligned with their goals.
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strategize and create monthly content calendars, considering client requirements, campaign objectives, and target audience.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging content across various channels, including digital and social media.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging teamwork, idea sharing, and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with the team, ensuring clarity on project requirements, goals, and expectations while providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts for multiple brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
