Job Title: Sales manager-South (Ansys/Oasys software) Location: Bangalore About this career opportunity We are looking for a software sales manager with 5 to 10 years of CAE/CAD software(Ansys/Dassault/Siemens/Altair etc) sales experience and having aptitude for building key customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, negotiate, and close deals, managing small team of sales engineers and solving any operational issues. The selected individual will report to the business leader based at Hyderabad. This is an ideal role for someone who is comfortable to work on their own with limited guidance, independently learn new technologies and enjoy multi-tasking to solve customer issues. The selected candidate is expected to: support and deliver sales efforts to grow the Ansys software product portfolio (Ansys Structural, Ansys CFD, Ansys Electronics and Oasys software) . sustain and maintain long term relationship with key and strategic customers. sales engineers, set objectives, train, and coach them, and monitor their performance. competitive marketing analysis to build a sales strategy to secure new business. primary focus on new logo hunting. pipeline of high-value accounts. good working relationship with support team and use them effectively for pre and post sales support. good working relationship with marketing team to drive focused campaigns. good working relationship with Ansys team. The selected engineer will make an impact in this role by • Focusing on new customer acquisition and winning long-term strategic customers. • Working closely with technical support, marketing teams, to develop and deliver account-specific campaigns. • Achieving the agreed sales revenue. • Collating and providing client feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
