Experience of preparing Security Budgets.Experience and ability to deliver Strong leadership in respect of incident and crisis managements.Knowledge of integrated security system, access control video surveillance, and other related systems and equipment.Position requires being on available on 24*7 for security emergencies & incidents.Experience providing security risk/ threat assessments at the strategic and tactical level, demonstrating critical thinking and exceptional judgment in information analysis through analytical skills and problem-solving.Experience with third party contacts and statements of work related to physical security.In-depth knowledge and understanding of security systems and processes & experience in security & fire safety audits of existing offices.Experience of running security programs & leading teams in multiple locations.Ensures customer and management satisfaction with the program by ensuring adequate services are delivered at the best value for the company. All externally driven statutory compliance requirements are met.Confirmed capabilities, in security management, with a deep understanding and or experience in the areas of operations, women security during transportation, investigations, security systems, fire safety systems & crisis management.Commitment to interpersonal excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes / quality of results through Innovative and out of box thinking approach thereby bring in efficiency & cost effectiveness.ISMS Investigations skills Certification, , ISO 27001 Implementer will be added advantage.
