Job Description:

Responsibilities

• will be responsible for Project Management related activities on 1-3 major initiatives
• PM with experience from implementing engineering tools in this case, Enovia
• Manufacturing Domain is preferred
• will work in close collaboration with different stakeholders at all levels to secure successful adoption and timely execution of projects
• will have the responsibility of classic project management activities (waterfall and agile) and will be responsible for driving all aspects of the discipline. This covers the whole lifecycle from analysis to benefit realization
• will ensure a smooth collaboration in the projects and with the other projects in the program.

• have a relevant academic background (BA, MSc or equivalent) and have worked as Project Manager on large scale Projects for more than 5 years
• in implementing and maintaining a Project Management delivery model as well as being certified within Project Management (e.g., Prince2) and Program Management (e.g., MSP).

Knowledge and Skills expectations

• Agile and Waterfall experience in managing multiple competing priorities and competing deadlines with varied stakeholders with enterprise IT networks, storage, virtual servers technologies and terminologies
• PM with experience from implementing engineering tools in this case, Enovia
• Manufacturing Domain is preferred
• experience in IT project delivery at an enterprise scale to take initiative, and exercise professional, independent judgment to plan work, formulate recommendations, and make sound decisions
• organizational skills
• problem-solving aptitude
• communication skills, both oral and written of relevant Project Management tools
• oral and written communication skills
• experience in Change Management and User Adoption.
