Job DescriptionSupport in translating Functional requirements into Technical documentation. Create User Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, Workflow documentation. Responsible for custom QAD Programming and standard QAD Functional troubleshooting. Contribute towards QAD Ideation for Process improvements and Tools building. Communicate independently with Customer for day-to-day operations. Mentor junior team member and provide feedback.
