Strategic Alliances Manager

Role - Technology Alliance Manager Exp - 8 yrs plus Location - Jaipur Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1) Work with Local Alliance Leader to design, execute, and manage the strategy and business plan of the Alliance with focus on market penetration, revenue growth, industry alignment, and solution identification. 2) Build key relationships with Alliance Executive “sell with” team (e.g., SVP of Alliances, C-level, etc.) and serve as strategic relationship point of contact for the Alliance. 3) Identify additional synergies between Alliance and the firm to expand Alliance program throughout the PwC. 4) Collaborate with cross-sector/cross-service Practice teams on executing Alliance initiatives. 5) Engage with the global network of firms to expand the Alliance program and global deal flow. 6) Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for PwC's Microsoft Alliances, aligning it with our go-to-market approach. 7) Work in tandem with solution area leadership to create targeted sales plays that will effectively penetrate the market. 8) Champion the development of innovative offerings and solution plays, closely aligned with Microsoft's ecosystem, to meet the evolving needs of our clients. 9) Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Qualification - 1) E xperiences and skills you’ll use to solve 8+ Years of experience of working within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally with a Microsoft partner . 2) In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies and solutions. Demonstrated expertise in building and implementing offerings and solution plays. 3) A proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic alliances, specifically with Microsoft. 4) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively. 5) Strong leadership capabilities, inspiring teams to deliver outstanding results. 6) Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a cohesive and productive relationship with Microsoft.
