Required Work Experience & Education
- 4-7 years of experience is required.
- Agri Business Knowledge preferred.
- Prior Exp. working govt. subsidies schemes (Preferably KUSUM)
- Solar Project Knowledge
- B.tech in civil.
- Master’s Degree in Management Preferred.
Operational Duties
- Team Coordination:
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
Foster a positive team environment.
- Daily Tracking:
Regularly check in with team members to monitor progress on assigned tasks.
Address any roadblocks or challenges hindering task completion.
- Contract Management:
Proficiency in negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Quality Assurance:
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solar installations that meet or exceed industry standards.
Essential/ Key Responsibilities
- Support to Project Team on Site:
Provide assistance and guidance to the project team working at the site. Address any on-site issues or challenges faced by the team. Ensure that the project team has the necessary resources and support for successful project execution.
- Resolution of Project Site Issues within TAT:
Promptly address and resolve any issues that arise at the project site. Implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions. Ensure that all resolutions are within the defined in TAT.
- Tracker Development for Progress:
Develop and maintain project trackers to monitor and track progress. Include key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones in the trackers for effective progress measurement.
Regularly update and analyze the trackers to ensure project goals are being met.
- Material, Planning and Execution:
By effectively managing material resources, planning project activities, and executing tasks according to plan, the EPC team can achieve project success within budget and schedule constraints.
- Problem Resolution:
Identify and address issues that may impact project progress. Collaborate with the project team to find solutions to challenges. Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance : Knowledge of local and regional regulations, codes, and permitting requirements related to solar installations.
