SAP Vendor Invoice Management Functional Consultant

Job Location: Pune or Bangalore

Experience Range

• 4 Years to 6 Years
• SAP Experience should be minimum 4 Years
• to have S/4 Hana Experience Min 2 years and Above

Technologies (Any of these)

• Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementation, rollouts, upgrade and testing and troubleshooting/support - preferably VIM version 16.3 (version 7.5 at a minimum)
• expertise in VIM & ICC functionalities
• to configure Archive Link, VIM Document types, enhance indexing screen, enhance approval class, configure chart of authority, process types and process options
• with custom development/ extensions in VIM
• and configuration knowledge in VIM – Invoice Capture Center (ICC/BCC), Open Text Archive Server and Enterprise scan tool

Good-to-have skill

• of SAP Vendor Invoice Management functionalities, including invoice capture, workflow design, and exception handling.
• SAP experience in Accounts Payable and knowledge on MM and FI modules
• with SAP Cloud Connector for secure integration between SAP VIM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes in Service management, Change management, Incident Management, , Problem Management

Roles & Responsibilities

• experience in implementation / support / rollout /upgrade projects
• the Production Support , maintenance and optimization of SAP VIM processes in the S/4HANA environment.
• SAP VIM to automate invoice capture, verification, and approval workflows, reducing manual effort and errors.
• SAP VIM with SAP S/4HANA's financial modules, such as Accounts Payable and General Ledger, for seamless data flow.
• with procurement and finance teams to design efficient invoice processing workflows aligned with business needs.
• of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and data extraction technologies for automated invoice data entry.
• user training support to ensure effective utilization of SAP VIM by business users.
• the day to day production issues and calls with the business users
• requirements from the business users/BPM
• work with client counter parts and onshore team
