Objectives of this role

To develop, oversee and constantly improvise business management strategies that prioritizes revenue growth and business expansion of our core expertise in Conferences & Events.

Responsibilities

Identify & promote the company’s services to prospective clients. Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries. Maintain positive professional relationships with clients Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met Track all business leads and maintain data. Identify, train and deploy an effective sales team, in lines with the company vision of expansion.

Skills and qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales & marketing Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques Exceptional project management skills Clear verbal and written communication skills Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential Proven record of sales growth

Preferred Experience

Experience in managing sales or marketing teams of Hotel and/or Event Management Company.
