Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular quality assurance audits of collections calls and other customer interactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Evaluate collections agents’ adherence to scripting, negotiation techniques, and compliance protocols. Utilize multiple check sheets and quality assessment tools for agent performance evaluation. Perform hygiene audits to maintain data security and confidentiality standards. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies for enhanced operations. Participate in training sessions to enhance agent skills. Stay updated on industry regulations for compliance. What are some good skills for this role? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience- Minimum 6 months Q.A Experience/ 1 Year Experience in Email Support Benefits: 5 working days with two continuous week-offs Salary 350000 LPA Incentive Week offs are rotational and will keep changing every month.
