Job Description:


We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Customer Success team as Customer Success Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who possess hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and exceptional communication and written English skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring their success with our products or services.
  • Provide support to customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
  • Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years experience in Customer Success.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written English skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
