The Role Your responsibilities will include: Working alongside the COO to devise quarterly and monthly targets on new business opportunities. Should be expert with tools for Lead generation and social networking with clients through social media networks like LinkedIn Campaigns, Twitter, Facebook etc has to be done on a daily basis. Handle International Calls for generating new business leads. Sales Pipeline Management: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against sales targets and inform decision-makers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce product updates to position our company as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem. Setting goals for the business development team and him/her self and developing strategies to meet those goals along with guiding and mentoring the Business development team members. Facilitate and set up meetings of prospects with the clients, participate in a joint call and assist them in bringing the deal to closure. Reach out to highly targeted prospects through personalized communication leveraging multiple outreach channels. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new leads and expand the client base in the Salesforce consulting domain. Passionate in achieving monthly and quarterly Targets Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to have constructive discussion to plan and execute improvements. Continuously enhance business development skills and knowledge through training, industry research, and professional development opportunities.  Ideal Profile  Minimum 7+ years of work experience as a Business Development area in an Analytics, IT Services and Sales Minimum of 4 years of Team Management experience (Handling a Team) Experience in US /Canada (US/Canada Market) Lead Generation is mandatory Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with the CRM and cloud computing industry, as well as the competitive landscape within the Salesforce ecosystem. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies. Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the digital marketing services industry. Should be ready to work in the USA (EST time zone) What's on Offer?
