Salesforce Solution Architect

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Solution Architects who would get the opportunity to work on global projects with prestigious clients of Prudent.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible to provide end-to-end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products and mentor the Salesforce team. You will guide the customer and the team to implement robust and scalable solution models by implementing cost-effective and efficient tools and techniques. As a Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; designed, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.
• Design and instruct the solution framework for the Salesforce development team.
• Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and drive the solution meetings with Customers.
• Understand the User Stories and provide accurate workload estimates.
• Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and product roadmaps.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with full Salesforce implementation (any cloud).
• Experience in REST API and POATMAN MANDATORY
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and C++ will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge or certifications in Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform developer 1, LWCs, Integrations, etc.
• Knowledge of XML, SOAP, and
• Experience in working in SCRUM Team.
• Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
