Preferred candidate profile

5-10 years of post qualification experience,

Bachelors/Postgraduate degree in IT, Certified Salesforce Platform Developer,

Well experienced in Lightning Aura Components, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex,

3-5 years Salesforce CRM product knowledge -Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, AURA etc.

Implementation experience on LWC and Experience on cloud is a must.


Role & responsibilities

Design and develop the CRM workflows in Salesforce and provide custom solutions for specific business requirements.

Sales force platform development and customization using Apex, LWC, Aura etc

Developing API's for third party integration using webservices ( REST/SOAP)


Maintain, configure, and test the CRM platform and create technical documentation.

Release cycle management to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and

code aligned with project timelines.

Provide Salesforce product knowledge and develop the Salesforce platform as and when

required.

* Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software

Knowledge of Salesforce administration will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Case Management, Omnichannel, Communities and Lightning Flows will be an added advantage.
